Last night my husband decided to take me to a romantic dinner. The reason for that is the news we received that I am in the second month of my pregnancy. So, the next time you go to a restaurant, ask the chefs a few requests. 

The first thing you need to do is ask the cook to use a thermometer to check the temperature of the steak. Many cooks do this out of experience; however, ask them to do it with a thermometer because you are pregnant and it is extremely important for you and your unborn baby.

The second thing is that the cook must ensure that the internal temperature of the steak after cooking is exactly 145 degrees Faraday. This is very important because it is the minimum required temperature for the destruction of bacteria and parasites that may be found in the meat and which can cause a number of problems for your health and the health of your unborn baby.  

The third thing you need to do is cut the steak in half after it is brought to you. Remember, if it is ready at the right temperature, it should be minimally pink in the middle. That pink color should never move to the outside of the steak! In no case should the inside of the steak be red; even worse, in no case should there be blood inside the steak!
